ShakeAway is supposed to be most effective when you use a total of one packet each day or half a packet on the first two meals of each day. It has no flavor but is a small powder which can produce big results. You are also supposed to drink 8 oz of water before your meal. People have been saying for years to drink water before your meal so that you are less likely to overeat because it can fill you up. Does ShakeAway do anything more than fill you up with water?
Does ShakeAway Really Work?
ShakeAway contains some ingredients which have been proven to work as appetite suppressants such as glucomannan. However, glucomannan has been proven to be most effective when it is mixed with water and consumer 30 minutes prior to a meal which makes sense. It takes your body about 20 minutes to realize it is full. By the time your stomach sends your brain the message you have most likely already overeaten. That is why we are hesitant to recommend ShakeAway as one of the most effective diet pills. It doesn’t take full advantage of the ingredients that are included. It also uses a proprietary blend which doesn’t let us know if the ingredients that actually do work are included in the amounts that make them effective.

But you should be careful when looking at ShakeAway because they have not produced a product that caters to the full advantage of each ingredient. ShakeAway uses ingredients that need to be taken at least 30 minutes prior to a meal in specific amounts and with water. ShakeAway does not combine these ingredients with water and recommends that you use their product while you are eating. It might be interesting to see what would happen if you used ShakeAway 30 minutes before your meal. Maybe that is all it would take to increase the effectiveness.
Like most products on the market ShakeAway seems to be a little bit of a scam to get your money. It is pretty expensive to use and you can find products that are so much more effective for less money.
