The Science Behind SAN Launch Full Impact

SAN Launch is a pre-workout drink that comes in powdered form. You are instructed to mix it with water and drink about a half an hour before working out, to only consume once a day, and only use on workout days. While the SAN Launch marketing is a bit… enthusiastic, please forgive me if I don’t sound as animated and excited about it as they do. They amount of dramatization in the marketing is enough to not only make you roll your eyes, but wonder, “why so much hype?” Statements like,  “you’ll LAUNCH an assault so intense and so laser focused, you’ll feel like you can literally… Burn a Hole Through Steel!” and, “Like a Category 5 Hurricane you tear through the gym unleashing 220 MPH of extreme fury,” may sound impressive, but they offer no scientific base. That’s my job. So without any hype, poetic drama, or hullaballoo, here is the science behind SAN Launch.

SAN Launch is a blend (no matter what they call it folks – in this case an Ultra Pure High Octane Launch Matrix – if they don’t give you individual ingredient amounts, it’s a proprietary blend, and not worth your time) of (DI-L-Arginine L-Malate)* N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine* O2Primer (Ornithine Alphaketoglutarate)* Caffeine Anhydrous (Natural)* CNO2 (Creatine Nitrate)* Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE)* Phenylethlamine (PEA)* CDP-Cognix (Cytidine-5′diphosphocholine).

Caffeine Anhydrous is sadly the most powerful stimulant included in this pre-workout drink. I say “sadly” because while the name may seem fancy, Caffeine Anhydrous is just caffeine. So you’d get the same energy boost from drinking a cup of coffee or a coke, and spend a lot less money to boot.

N-Acety-L-Tyrosine is supposedly a mood enhancer that is meant to raise dopamine levels in the body and improve your mood, although it doesn’t necessarily do so.

Phenylethlamine is another stimulant. Weaker than caffeine, and derived from chocolate, you’re not likely to get much of an energy boost from this ingredient.

Di-L-Arginine L-Malate widens veins so that they can carry more blood to the muscles.

CNO2 (Creatine Nitrate) may improve muscle endurance.

CDP-Cognix (Cytidine-5′diphosphocholine) may increase mental focus and memory.

Side Effects of SAN Launch may include constipation, nausea, insomnia, headache, itching, and increased blood pressure. You should not take SAN Launch if you are currently pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions featuring adrenocorticotropic hormone or cortisol hypersecretion such as type 2 diabetes or a major depressive disorder.

The tragic thing (or perhaps, strategic thing?) About a blend, or matrix, or what have you, is that we are left ignorant of the individual ingredient dosages. This means that while an ingredient may have a good reputation, it may not actually be included in an effective dosage, rendering it basically useless.

SAN Launch Full Impact Policies

There does not appear to be an “official” vendor or distributor for SAN Launch Full Impact, which means there is no official policy for returns or unsatisfied customers. I would deem this a “Buy At Your Own Risk” kind of product.

SAN Launch Lowest Price

SAN Launch will cost you about $47 for one tub containing 45 servings. Depending on how often you work out, and if you really only take one scoop per work-out day, this could last you quite awhile.

Does SAN Launch Full Impact Work?

Before we can get to whether SAN Launch is effective, let’s go over the warnings.

- Do not take more than one scoop per day
- Do not take less than six hours before bedtime
- Avoid eating within one hour of taking SAN Launch
- Do not stack LAUNCH 4350 with other pre-workout supplements, fat burners and/or caffeine containing beverages.

This means that if you like to drink a daily cup of coffee, or a coke, you have to kiss that goodbye in order to safely take SAN Launch. Remember earlier, when I said the most effective stimulant in SAN Launch was caffeine and you’d get the same energy boost from drinking coffee or coke? Ok. Just thought I’d remind you.

Honestly, there are a lot of risks and a lot of restrictions when it comes to taking SAN Launch. Moreover, it’s not even the most effective option available for weight loss. Even if SAN Launch can effectively increase your energy and suppress your appetite, it cannot burn fat or build muscle. For lasting results you not only have to change your diet, you have to burn fat and build muscle. There are better, more cost effective weight loss solutions available to help you do that.
