Phen375 Review

Phen375 claims to be  a pharmacy grade weight loss product. There are two reasons I don’t like this claim. First, most pharmacy weight loss products are extremely expensive with more side effects than positive ones. Second if it is pharmacy grade, why isn’t it a pharmacy weight loss product?

Let’s take a closer look at Phen375 and see if it can actually help you lose weight.

The Science Behind Phen375

Ingredients in Phen375 include:

  • l-carnitine
  • dehydroepiandrosterone
  • sympathomimetic amine
  • 1,3,7 trimethylxanthine
  • 1,3 dimethypentylamine hydrocholoride

I dare you to say those ingredients 5 times fast. There are a few solid weight loss ingredients and a few average ones. Trimethylxanthine is just another name for caffeine.

Caffeine is found in many weight loss for the simple reason that it is a proven metabolism booster.  It also increases energy levels. It is especially effective when combined with green tea (which is not in Phen375). However, caffeine must be taken at the right dosage. Too much caffeine and you will be feeling side effects for days. Not enough caffeine and you won’t feel any of its effects. Unfortunately the amount of caffeine in Phen375 is not disclosed leaving us to wonder.

L-carnitine purportedly increases the body’s use of fat for energy. Scientific studies have been mixed on its effectiveness.

The other ingredients in Phen375 aren’t going to do a whole lot for you.

Lack of Disclosure

The milligram amount of Phen375 is not given, nor is the amount of the individual ingredients known. A lot of weight loss companies hide the quantities of ingredients in proprietary blends, but at least the amount of milligrams in the pill is disclosed. This lack of disclosure is ridiculous and unacceptable. There is no way know of discerning how effective the product is without knowing how much of each ingredient is included. A weight loss pill can have the most effective fat burning ingredients in the world but if they are all at minimal amounts, it still will be an ineffective pill.

Phen375 Lowest Price

Phen375 can be purchased online for $69.99. This is one of the most expensive weight loss aids on the market. Considering the weak formula, this is EXTREMELY overpriced.

Phen375 Policies

There is a money back guarantee if you can call it that. It is more of a joke. Here’s why:

  1. There is a $45 inspection fee.
  2. $12 shipping fee.
  3. RMA numbers are required for returns
  4. You must get a certified before and after weight from a physician or doctor

All this adds up to the most ridiculous money back guarantee in the industry. Paying for the doctor’s appointments is going to cost way more than the $12 (original $70 subtracting the shipping and inspection fee).

Phen375 Marketing

Like most weight loss products, the marketing for Phen375 is corny. The video on the home page is almost comical.

Most of the marketing for Phen375 is puffery. It’s great when a weight loss product tells you that it will help you lose huge amounts of weight. 100 percent of weight loss products will tell you that. However, unless there are clinical studies backing these claims, it is hard not be skeptical.

There are no clinical studies or data backing Phen375 on its website.

Does Phen375 work?

This review may sound negative but there is nothing good to say about Phen375. It is terrible pill that is terribly overpriced and a terrible money back guarantee.
