• Chromium Picolinate: This mineral has been studied and found to regulate blood sugar levels.  When using chromium many people notice they can build muscle easier and lose weight. Since chromium stimulates the release of fat it is a good addition to a top diet pill.
• L-Glutamine: Adding this ingredient also reduces cravings for carbohydrates making it easier to stick to your diet.
• Calcium and Magnesium Citrate and Vitamin B complex: B vitamins can naturally increase your energy which prevents a crash later in the day that would be common with a caffeine diet pill.
