The formula here is probably the weakest of the tea-based products by Irwin naturals. It contains a basic vitamin complex, including vitamins C, E, B6, and B12 as well as Niacin and Folic Acid. The rest of each dose consists of -

- Orange Pekoe (a variety of black tea) extract – 100 mg
- Caffeine – 80 mg
For a product which identifies itself as not just tea product but a TRIPLE-tea product, we were very disappointed in the weak concentrations of tea. These aren’t even expensive or rare varieties of tea and you’re only getting a total of 300 mg combined? Weak sauce (tea). In any case, the weight loss benefits here are mainly due to the caffeine and you may also count on a decent dose of antioxidants, but nothing special.

With about as much caffeine as a cup and a half of coffee when you factor in the caffeine naturally found in the tea, this isn’t too strong of a product but if might be wise to not take it too late in the day if you’re sensitive to caffeine.
