What is Diet 360?

Garden of Life makes the case that weight loss is a battle that must be fought from multiple angles and they claim to have all of the angles covered with Diet 360. This weight loss supplement has several good ingredients that help promote weight loss and prevent weight gain, but the truth is that they are missing some key components of the best diet pills.

How it Works

Diet 360 from Garden of Life has a couple main methods of inducing weight loss in its users. One method is that it inhibits insulin from breaking glucose down into fat cells. Blueberry leaf and bayberry bark extracts help maintain low glucose levels in the bloodstream. By speeding up the absorption of glucose into muscle and fat cells, it prevents insulin from turning excess glucose into new fat tissue. These ingredients prevent weight gain by lowering the effect of insulin acting on glucose in the bloodstream, but they do not affect weight loss. Ashwangandha extract is also included in Diet 360 and it is supposed to lower your body’s stress level. Stress has been linked to weight gain for a long time and leads to several common unhealthy habits:

  • Skipping meals
  • Binge eating
  • Carb craving
  • Fatigue
  • Sleeplessness

We cannot verify the effectiveness of Ashwangandha as a weight-loss ingredient, but it is supposed to reduce negative health effects brought on by high-stress living. This product includes Fucoxanthin, which is its most powerful weight-loss ingredient. However, Diet 360 is missing some quality ingredients that would seriously increase its effectiveness. It includes a decaffeinated green coffee extract which is far less effective at burning fat than the caffeinated version – which also helps induce weight loss by suppressing appetite. The ingredient listing does not quite justify the price, which is mid-ranged for most dietary supplements.

Diet 180

A better name for this product would be Diet 180. It is missing some key ingredients and does not actually have all the angles covered. It could be a helpful weight-loss supplement thanks to a couple of its ingredients, but we have seen far better. It actually seems more geared towards preventing weight gain rather than promoting weight loss. In addition to using the product, Garden of Life suggests dieters must also change many aspects of their lifestyle in order to see good results. Aside from buying their diet pill they say you need to change your thought process, your attitude, your food intake, and your exercise routine. We know of many diet pills that promise a lot more than Diet 360 does, and they do so with satisfaction guarantees! Garden of Life does not offer any guarantee on Diet 360 and leaves the liability to retailers who actually sell the product. Always ensure that you are purchasing a diet pill that is backed by a satisfaction guarantee in order to protect your investment. If you are looking for dramatic weight-loss results, we suggest you keep looking and do not waste your time with Diet 360 from Garden of Life.
