While the first part about raising your metabolic rate is basically true, what they’re describing specifically is the simply the effect that caffeine has on your body. The part about “incinerating” existing body fat is a little misleading;  Yes, caffeine can definitely cause you to burn more calories but it will not rid you of all your body fat and doesn’t necessarily target subcutaneous fat.  While caffeine may not necessarily burn the sub-cutaneous fat, the diuretic effect of dandelion will flush excess water from the interstitial cells in your skin to make it thinner and reveal more muscle definition.
