As for the other main ingredients, you get a significant dose of soy lecithin, which is usually just used as an emulsifier but also contains choline, which is good for brain health. Glucomannan, while a great ingredient for absorbing stomach fluid to promote satiety, is not nearly in a big enough dose here to make a different. An extract of kelp known as fucoxanthin may help decrease your absorption of dietary fat, but there is no indication of how much you are getting in this dose.  Lastly grapefruit fiber is good for digestion, but isn’t going to make a big impact on your body weight.

Safety:

ACV is generally recognized to be safe by the FDA, but there are some health concerns if you’re planning on using it in the long-term. Over time, excess acetic acid can lower the potassium levels in the body and even decrease bone density. It is also very acidic, so you should consider taking it with plenty of fluid.
