The other half of the subjects did the same thing in reverse order (placebo the first week). Their results showed that when subjects were taking Appetrex Control, they consumed 10% less calories during the day than when they were taking the placebo. This indicates that Appetrex is effective in reducing your appetite. However, there were not reports of significant weight loss or energy boosts from the study.

So the answer to our question is that Appetrex works moderately well. It is not a top of the line product, but it also isn’t a bottom of the line product. It can help suppress your appetite, and when your taking in fewer calories it is much easier to lose weight, but there aren’t reports of dramatic weight loss taking Appetrex Control.
