Things that I liked about it is that unlike other diet pills I have taken in the past, I didn't have any side effects. I didn't get that wierd wirely feeling. I also did lose four pounds in two months and I'll take anything I can get. What I didn't like about Proactol is the length of time it took to actually get to my house once I ordered it. I had no idea that it was coming from outside the country which was annoying. Also I only did lose four pounds and that is tons of money to be spending for just four pounds. I guess I was hoping for something better. Overall, I probably wouldn't buy it again but out of the diet pills I have tried, Proactol isn't bad.
