Lean System 7? Are there really 6 predecessors to it?
That’d be awesome, but no. Its main ingredient is 7-Keto, which helps the body burn fat. 7-Keto is the safest external way to take DHEA, a steroid that is naturally produced in the human body. Aside from 7-Keto, Lean System 7 contains Yerba Mate, Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange), and Green Tea, all three being great metabolism enhancers and proven, in clinical doses, to be effective in weight loss. The quantity of the ingredients of Lean System 7 is hidden in a “proprietary blend,” which most diet pill reviews will confirm is a corporation’s way of hiding what’s actually in a pill.
Some things we like and some things we don’t
There’s honestly a few things that are really appealing about this pill, besides the list of ingredients. One of them is their money-back guarantee. A company that offers you your money back should you not be satisfied is a company that cares about customer trust. We haven’t read any diet pill reviews that confirm that theirs works, and we haven’t tried to return it ourselves, but at the very least they offer it. The price, however, is way too high, almost $1 per pill. Worth paying if the product works, but there isn’t enough positive feedback on this pill to trust it.
Lean System 7 research
A recent study done by iSatori, the parent company, claims this:
“In a recent study using Lean System 7, one participant lost up to 19 lbs and reduced waist and hip circumferences by up to 4 1/2 inches, which is simply phenomenal!â€
This is shady, as well as poorly conducted, because it doesn’t cite who did the study, the weight or age of the “successful” participant. Having only one successful participant in the whole of a study means that your product didn’t work. Amazing results should be the rule, not the exception.
The jury is in on Lean System 7
If you’ve just won the lottery and are just looking to blow money without guaranteed results, Lean System 7 is a good place to start. Who knows, maybe you’ll end up losing 19 pounds and 4 1/2 inches off your waste, and you’ll be the second “phenomena” in their history. The money back guarantee is a good start, but until they disclose the amounts of their ingredients, the efficacy of the pill cannot be determined.

Lean System 7 for me has been ok. I did lose four pounds in three weeks which isn’t bad especially for me. What I haven’t like about it are the side effects, I get headaches sometimes when I take it.
I do notice that I have better energy levels however. My goal was to lose 15 pounds before Easter so I am going to give Lean Systems about a week more and if that doesn’t work than I’ll try something else.

I bought lean system seven hoping it would help me lose some of my belly fat that has been accumulating. i have tried dieting and exercise before that and hadn’t got that great of results and so i thought that maybe lean system seven would make a difference. i felt really good taking it and the first few days i really felt like it was working but unfortunately when i weight my self on the scale I had only losed four pounds. I was really hoping for more than taht. I started to realize that it wasn’t going to work the next few weeks of taking it and i gave up altogether before i had even finished the bottle. that was three months ago and now i am hoping to find something better

I DIDN’T PUT MY NAME DOWN BECAUSE I AM EMBARRASSED THAT I EVER GOT LEAN SYSTEM. EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED DIDN’T COME TRUE AND WAS A LIE
I TOOK IT FOR THREE MONTHS AND NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. IF I EVER LOST ANY WEIGHT IT WAS BECAUSE OF ME WORKING OUT AND DIDN’T HAVE NAYTHING TO DO WITH LEAN SYSTEMS.

Lean system is a good product. I have been using it for ten days. I notice the extra energy and it should be making a real effect the next trip i take to the scale. I haven’t weighed myself because I am scared about the results but today my son told me that i looked skinnier so i am optomistic. i am thinking about buying another bottle.

I’ve just ordered my ls7 after reading a lot of good reviews.
I see a lot of ppl whining and complaining about how it doesn’t work but no explanation of their diet and exercise plan unless they don’t even have one.
But seriously ppl..
MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!!!
The point of this pill is to build muscle and lose the fat.
Measure your bodies first before complaining that you haven’t lost any “weight”.
And some ppl give up after a week of only losing a few lbs and want something better?
Give me a break!
Losing too much at a time can be harmful to your body so shedding a few pounds a week should make you happy.
Anyways, I just wanted to get my point across to those who do not do any research.
