Another Acai Berry Pill? What’s this one do?
Acai has become a very popular, trendy fruit that people love to drop in products. It’s an amazing fruit with plenty of antioxidants and vitamins to go around. However, claims that Acai will burn fat away or increase your longevity are unsubstantiated. There are endless throngs of Acai based products, and this is no exception to the trend, it’s an over-hyped, under-researched “miracle pill”.

Fine print is a great place to hide nasty traps. Acai Balance has laden theirs with enough to catch unsuspecting browsers. They have a really kind, friendly way of doing it, though. Check out this excerpt from the web site’s order page.
“You’ll have two weeks to evaluate this amazing product and see the results for yourself. Plus, when you accept this FREE Trial, you will also receive a FREE membership in the Acai Balance Healthy Rewards Program. You will continue to get a fresh supply of Acai Balance every 30 days for the low price of $59.95 (plus shipping)… a 14.3% discount!”
See? Doesn’t that just sound nice? “Hey, we’re about to rape your bank account, but you got a free membership in the Acai Balance Healthy Rewards Program.” There is nothing healthy about their rewards program and there is nothing low about their price. They only provide enough time for a 15-day trial, despite sending a 30-day bottle.
The Acai Lie
Don’t get sucked in by clever marketing, $60 is no low price for a pill that doesn’t have any proven results. The ingredients are sound, but there’s not enough of their quantity to make as big an impact as they claim they’ll make. And at $1 per pill, it’s expensive. This is another autoship scam just waiting to snag unsuspecting dieters. Don’t get caught in this trap.

I saw a clip on Acai’s health benefits on Oprah and forty minutes later after a google search I had bought Acai Balance. I have been using it for three days now. I guess I shouldn’t expect it to have a real effect on the weight scale for a few more days but up till now there has been nothing. Despite these mostly negative comments about it, I am crossing my fingers for it to work. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Besides not feeling side effects, there wasn’t much to Acai Balance. I definetly wouldn’t buy another bottle especially for sixty bucks. I would rather buy a box of oranges ten. same thing.

Well after buying Acai Balance, I am never not going to research something before I buy it again. I bought Acai balance with high hopes of losing the twenty pounds I gained during child birth but after a month I am only two pounds lighter.
I’ve heard a lot of good things about Acai berries but this is the second Acai weight loss supplement I have bought and both didn’t do anything for me. Maybe I am just buying the wrong Acai products or maybe Acai isn’t as good as it is cracked up to be. On the positive side, I didn’t get jittery like I have with other weight loss supplements. Oh well, you live and you learn.

I’ve tried acai supplements before and they didn’t do anything for my weight problem. I did feel a little better, but I feel the same way when I take a multi-vitamin or vitamin c. I didn’t try acai balance, but I tried acai select; I think it’s the same product made by the same people. I was put on an autoship program and I ended paying for two bottles because I had no idea that I was going to be shipped a second. Apparantly, when you don’t cancel after the first, they assume you still want the product. Overall, it was a huge hassle to cancel and I was charge over $130 for two bottles of a crappy weight loss product. Two thumbs down. Avoid Acai Balance if you can.

STAY AWAY FROM ACAI BALANCE. THIS IS THE SECOND ACAI COMPANY THAT HAS SCAMMED ME. I DON’T KNOW WHY I KEEP BUYING THESE THINGS. I THOUGH IT WOULD BE HARMLESS BECAUSE OF THE FREE TRIAL AND THEN THEY SCREWED ME OVER BY BILLING MY CREDIT CARD FOR SOMETHING I DIDN’T EVEN WANT. In the first place any pill that causese a significant weight loss in less than 2 weeks is definitely not a good thing. I took advantage of two free trial offers and did get a refund from one of them but was charged $78.00 for the other one. Then I got smart and called some health food stores and found out you can get the same thing for about a third of the price and they make no outlandish offers. My doctor said it looked like a good supplement but nothing else: no miraculous weight loss pill. Besides when will the American people, including myself, learn that if there were such a product it would revolutionize the industry. It’s time we started using common sense about out health and not so much how many pounds and how quickly. In addition, don’t people realize those celebrities who claim to have lost quick weight probably all have personal trainers and any pills were just part of their regime to lose weight. Just using something called “ciommon sense” can go a long way. Friends, we need a healthier nation, that means change in life style and it does take effort but it can’t be done just by taking a pill.

i consider myself an expert as far as losing weight is concerned. i actually haven’t tried acai balance before but i have tried acai pure which is similar and unless something is drastically different which doesn’t appear to b e the case it is not going to work. i repeat, not going to work. even from an energy standpoint i didn’t really notice a change.
