How Does David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox Work?

David Kirsch is a celebrity fitness trainer that works with multiple well known celebrities like Anne Hathaway and gives a jump to anyone’s exercise routine in a couple days.   David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox is meant to increase both metabolism and energy ultimately to increase the amount of weight lost in a diet.  In a nut shell, David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox is designed to help people start their work-out routine, and more specifically to begin a work-out routine when you have not been consistently working out.  This is actually an “OK” product and could help you lose some weight.  The one problem is that there really are not any fat burning ingredients or appetite suppressants contained in David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox so any weight lost is most likely going to be attributed to a loss in water weight.

David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox Value

David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox is quite expensive and is sold on their web site for $24.99.

Money Back Guarantee?

David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox does not have a money back guarantee.  This never looks good especially when a product is backed by a celebrity athlete that most likely does not use the product himself.

What Are Customers Saying?

These statements come from the company’s web site:
“I will never take another vitamin pill again.” – BOBBI BROWN
“Until I started taking David’s supplements, I’d never felt theeffects of vitamins. His products give me more focus and energy.” – ELLEN  BARKIN
David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox has mixed reviews.  Not all are positive, but there are many that that have been.

What Ingredients are Found in David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox?

David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox contains one propriety blend.  We are not really a fan of propriety blends simply because you cannot tell whether or not the ingredients in the blend are clinically proven amounts of each ingredient or not.
Propriety Blend:
•    Valerian root extract (from 4:1 extract) -used as a remedy for various sicknesses including digestive problems, headaches, sleep problems, and arthritis.
•    Fo-ti root (ho shou wu)-  has been used to treat atherosclerosis, constipation, fatigue, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, blood deficiency, nerve damage, eczema, scrofula and inflammation.  Stimulates a portion of the adrenal gland and helps to detoxify the body.
•    Rhubarb root used as a laxative
•    Black pepper fruit (Piper nigrum)- enhances digestion and circulation.
•    Purified vegetable fiber
•   Inulin (fructo-oligosaccharide extract of chicory root)- may  increase the number of  friendly bacteria in the colon while simultaneously reducing the population of harmful bacteria.
•    Acai fruit extract (from 5:1 extract)- powerful antioxidant
•    Psyllium husk- a spongy fiber that suppresses appetite, improves digestion, and is an overall cleanser
•    Cascara Sagrada Aged Bark is used to treat occasional constipation.
•    Senna Leaf Extract (standardized to sennosides) also used to treat constipation

The Final Word

David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox does contain propriety blends which makes it difficult to be able to tell whether or not the product will actually do what it says it will, but some people have found success with David’s DK LemonAid 48HR Detox.  There are a lot of products that claim to be detoxifiers but the fact of the matter is that detoxifiers really only need to be used every once in a while.  There is a refund that is available but really the refund is a lengthy process and quite a hassle.  This just really is not all that impressive of a detox product.
