What Is Centrilean?

So you’re looking to become lean again, right?  I commend you on taking this important step towards turning your life around.  It’s important to choose the right diet pill as you attempt to lose weight so you can have the greatest results possible.

You probably are already following a healthy diet plan and you probably exercising as well.  But there comes a point when it doesn’t seem to be working and I’m sure that you have experienced that feeling at some point.  Using the right diet pill can help to push you over that plateau so that you can get the weight loss results you’re after.

Centrilean is a diet pill that has been advertised to be a breakthrough in diet pills.  Unfortunately, they don’t have any research on their website to back up these claims so it’s hard to know where the studies were performed and how much you can trust the research that has been done.

Are There Good Ingredients In Centrilean?

The official Centrilean hardly gives you any information about the ingredients included in their product.  The two that I have been able to find are konjac root and thermaxium.  Konjac root is also known as glucomannan.  Products that contain glucomannan are most effective when they are taken at least 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water.  It can expand in your stomach giving you a feeling of fullness during the meal so that you don’t overeat.  Thermaxium has green tea in it which can increase your metabolism so that you can burn more calories when you work out.

Side Effects of Centrilean

There are several problems associated with Centrilean.  Green tea is known to cause problems like headaches, insomnia, nervousness, irritability, and an increased heart rate.  Because of the glucomannan in this diet pill you may not be able to absorb as many nutrients so you could suffer from certain nutrient deficiencies.  Sometimes people choke on glucomannan products.

Is Centrilean Expensive?

They never post the official price of Centrilean on their website.  You can get a free trial for only $1 for the first 30 days.  If you have ever read the small print for a product that offers a free trial you know that they end up charging you the full price after the time runs out.  So if you don’t get the results you were after when you first started the product make sure that you return it in the time frame or else you get enrolled in a monthly shipment program and it ends up being a lot of money.

Centrilean Conclusion

Using Centrilean could help you to lose weight.  The ingredients have been studied but not necessarily in the concentrations in this product.  I’m worried that they are not giving more information on their official website because it makes me wonder if they are trying to hide something about their product.  Particularly when they use an auto shipment program they are generally just after your money and won’t give you the weight loss results you’re paying for.
