“Flush the pounds and lose the weight.”  These are two phrases that appear all over the Cenalex website.  They say that you can transform your body in just 4 weeks.  The Cenalex formula can help you to lose weight in several ways.  It increases thermogenesis, improves the efficiency of digestion, and increases energy.  But how can it do all this?

To be completely honest it is hard to know how Cenalex hopes to achieve these goals.  They don’t provide a lot of information on their website about the ingredients that are included and don’t even fully disclose the ingredient list.  Instead, they explain (in about one sentence) why four ingredients were included in the formula or what they are.

There are not a lot of diet pills that provide research directly on their website.  But they should at least be willing to explain what made them choose each ingredient and how there has been some research performed to back up their reasoning.  We are really concerned that Cenalex is promoted so much and yet there is nothing that leads us to believe it is a worthwhile diet pill or it will help you to achieve the results it says.

They have some great pictures on their website but no before and after pictures.  This leads us to believe that they simply hired models to take pictures and they haven’t even tried the product which is pretty misleading.  There is one testimonial from a student of nutrition but it doesn’t explain her results very well just that she felt comfortable using this supplement.  The main reason she probably felt comfortable is because there is hardly anything in it.

Green tea: has been shown to increase energy and be a mood booster.  It can also help to increase thermogenesis and has an effect on weight loss when used in the correct amount which we can’t tell because Cenalex doesn’t provide any information.

Guarana: increases energy but also comes with a crash a few hours later.

Chromium Picolinate: reduces body fat and increases muscle mass.

L-Theanine: promotes relaxation and can help to combat the high energy associated with guarana.

Don’t fall for a free trial offer.  It may not cost more than shipping and handling up front but you can bet that you will end up paying for it later.  They usually have small writing that says that if you don’t return the product within the specified amount of time you will be charge a butt load of money.  They do, however, offer a guarantee which is promising.  You have 60 days to return it if you are not satisfied.

We can’t say that we are very impressed with Cenalex.  It has a weak formula and they do not fully disclose information on their product.  It seems fairly dishonest because if they were selling a good product they would want you to see that it is worth your time and money to try it so they would try to show you everything that makes it a good product.  The one good thing about it is that you can take advantage of the money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with it.
