BPI Sports 1.M.R

Are you looking to be the next body builder?  Do you want to have a ripped sexy body?  BPI Sports 1.M.R claims that they will be able to help you accomplish all your goals with just one product.

It comes in two forms just in case you can’t stomach one of them (which you probably won’t be able to).  They created a powder in three different flavors: blue raspberry, lemon lime, and fruit punch.  All of which sound great but in reality taste like shit.  I had the hardest time drinking them.  It was like having a thick muddy sand mixed with cough syrup poured down my throat.  Luckily, I soon discovered that they also make it in a tablet form.  (Also be careful not to stain anything with the blue raspberry or fruit punch.  I still can’t get it out of one of my shirts.)

Does BPI Sports 1.M.R Work?

BPI Sports 1.M.R doesn’t really work in any sense of the word.  It certainly is not an effective diet pill and it doesn’t really help to promote muscle building and strength either.   I was pretty disappointed that after choking down the formula for a few weeks I didn’t see any improvement.

The one strength of BPI Sports 1.M.R is that it provided me with a little more energy than I would otherwise have had to complete my workouts.  I guess that BPI Sports 1.M.R could  potentially help you to see improvements in muscle mass or weight loss but it wouldn’t be due to the formula.  It would be entirely due to increased stamina and the ability to work out longer and harder.

Ingredients

BPI Sports 1.M.R contains a proprietary blend of ingredients.  I won’t go through all of them but I will let you know of a few of the more notable ingredients.  However, keep in mind the fact that most of the ingredients contained in BPI Sports 1.M.R have nothing to do with weight loss or muscle building.

L-arginine alpha keto and Arginine HCL: have been used to feed muscles but will not help with muscle growth or weight loss

Creatine monohydrate: prevents muscle fatigue and speeds up recovery time

Salvia miltiorrhiza root: prevents and treats heart conditions according to Chinese legend

Vitamin C: strengthens the immune system and improves skin texture and tone

Guarana: natural energy supplement however it is not effective without damiana (not included)

Ginseng: promotes general feeling of well-being

Caffeine: has been shown to be a stimulant in the right amounts and promote weight loss

Side Effects of BPI Sports 1.M.R

Due to the content of caffeine BPI Sports 1.M.R carrie with it the common side effects associated with caffeine such as insomnia, irritability, and jitteriness.

Is BPI Sports 1.M.R Worth Using?

BPI Sports 1.M.R probably isn’t worth using.  It’s pretty expensive for being so ineffective.  I would prefer to see a product that contained more proven ingredients and fewer fillers that sound good but don’t promote weight loss or muscle growth.  Many people who have used BPI Sports 1.M.R report greater energy during their workouts followed by a crash coupled with the inability to sleep at night.
