Appedex Side Effects:
Every kind of supplement is associated with some kind of side effect. In today’s world, every commercial for anti-depressants, male-enhancement, weight loss, and every other pill must include a long list of every possible complication or malady. Thanks to over-litigation and a handful of idiot consumers, all these commercials have a voice-over guy talking as fast as possible while he discusses the number of ways you could die from taking the particular product.
Don’t get me wrong, I think it is good to be informed about the things you put into your body. However, you can go online or talk with your doctor if you want to learn more about the side effects of a certain product…they shouldn’t have to list everything in the commercial.
Besides, most people have become desensitized to the list of side effects on those commercials. I figure all of them might lead to a stroke or heart attack so I zone out. It’s kind of like the surgeon general’s warning on all cigarette ads. Does anyone not know that smoking cigarettes leads to lung cancer? Isn’t everyone aware that dietary supplements come with side effects (even if those side effects are extremely rare)?
Now that you know my stance on this whole issue, let’s discuss Appedex.
First of all, Appedex does not contain caffeine, which is one of the most common ingredients associated with side effects. Common side effects of caffeine include: jitteriness, anxiety, headaches, elevated heart rate, and trouble sleeping.
Three major ingredients in Appedex are Chromax, Leangard, and Brown Seaweed (fucoxanthin). These are not stimulants and are not really associated with any side effects.
Punicic acid (Pomegranate) and Caralluma Fimbriata have both survived clinical testing and proven to be effective in promoting weight loss. Punicic acid is high in CLA’s (conjugated linoleic acids) which are very good for your health because they can lower cholesterol and utilize fat as energy.
Neither of these ingredients comes with any side effects.
Irvingia Gabonensis (African Mango) is also an effective weight loss ingredient. The only possible side effects associated with it are flatulence, headaches, and sleep problems.
1,3 Dimethylamine is a stimulant and if any of these ingredients actually causes side effects it is most likely to be this one. That being said, it is actually safer than caffeine (and caffeine isn’t exactly “unsafe”). The side effects associated with 1,3 Dimethylamine are very similar to caffeine’s side effects (they are in fact similarly structured compounds). So if you happen to be sensitive to stimulants, then you may experience the side effects previously listed for caffeine.
Now let’s put this all into perspective. The majority of the ingredients in Appedex have no side effects. Plus, the possible side effects that do exist are really quite mild. You could expect the same side effects from drinking a Coke or two. No big deal.
Appedex is significantly safer than the vast amount of diet products in the world. Its ingredients work and they won’t wreak havoc on your body.
