Like most diet pills Anabolic Xtreme MaXreduce does not tell the exact amounts of the ingredients that are contained in it because it is a proprietary blend.  However, we do know that it contains HCA Hydroxycitrate, Green Tea, Gymnema Sylvestre, Resveratrol, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Stearate, and Microcrystalline Cellulose.

Side Effects

There have been side effects reported with Anabolic Xtreme MaXreduce such as those associated with caffeine due to the Green Tea which has been included.  You could expect dizziness, headaches, nausea, diarrhea, and hyperactivity when using Anabolic Xtreme MaXreduce.  HCA Hydroxycitrate has also been linked to severe liver disease.  Therefore, if you experience tiredness, lack of appetite, vomiting, jaundice, light colored stools, or brown urine see your doctor immediately to discover what is wrong.

We are always looking for the safest yet most effective diet pill on the market.  We had high hopes for Anabolic Xtreme MaXreduce since they seem to understand the importance of a negative calorie balance.  But because they included HCA Hydroxycitrate which was all but banned by the FDA you will want to exercise caution in using this so that you do not damage your internal organs especially your liver.  Furthermore, they have not included incredibly impressive ingredients that have been shown to be effective in aiding with weight loss.  There are safe and effective products available that we would feel comfortable recommending but unfortunately, this is not one of them.
