If you based your opinion purely on the official website (and you happened to be particularly naive), you’d think that AllDaySlim could change your life completely.  On their “How it Works” page alone there are 15 unsubstantiated claims about the effects of this AllDaySlim.  Now, just because the FDA hasn’t qualified the statements doesn’t mean the pill is good for nothing, but we don’t expect it to be worth the $70 per bottle the company charges.

The primary claim made about this product in relation to weight loss is that is reduces your appetite when taken 30-60 minutes before a meal.  The most significant thing we noticed about the formula for AllDaySlim is that it is listed NOWHERE on the official website. This is typically a big red flag, as it implies that they don’t want you to actually know much about what’s in it…because what’s in it is probably not as awesome as they say it is. Here’s what we found out about the few ingredients in AllDaySlim:

• Tamarind – As the primary component of the formula, it is actually listed as “assam fruit”, presumably because this sounds more exotic.  Tamarind is a fruit that is commonly used to flavor various types of candies and as a seasoning in a variety of foods internationally.  As a supplement, there is some tradition of using it for constipation, fever, liver disorders and dry eyes, though there is little evidence to justify its use for these purposes.
• D-Limonene – According to WebMD.com, there is some correlation between higher levels of limonene in the body and the slowed growth of cancer, though it is unclear whether this ingredient viably prevents cancer at all.  AllDaySlim claims it reduces heartburn, but there are no clinical trials to back that up.
• Lecithin – a common fat complex found in a variety of foods. This is not a weight loss ingredient.

You’ve got to wade through quite a bit of fine print to figure out exactly what the details are with this company, but the jist of it is that if you want a “no-risk trial” you have only 14 days (minus the time it takes to ship it to you) to try the product and then call to cancel the next shipment.  This is not nearly enough time to decide if a product works.

If you decide to just buy a one-month supply of the product, you’ll pay $70 per bottle.  There are few products out there which are worth close to $70 per bottle, and AllDaySlim is certainly not one of them.

It may work to some extent, but the better question is if AllDaySlim is worth anywhere near this much money.  At this point, you can probably answer that question for yourself.  The only way we can see this product being “right” for you is a) if you happen to be particularly wealthy, b) you don’t have much weight to lose,  and c) you have very low expectations for the effects of the weight loss products you buy.  If you fit those conditions, we have no problem recommending AllDaySlim.
