8 Zone consists of three different products or “zones.” One for the morning, one for the afternoon, and one for the night. Each has differing ingredients and effects.  Not all of the zones are centered around helping you lose weight.The night zone, for example, is made more to induce rest and recovery.

8 Zone is not overwhelmed with fat burning ingredients but there are a few. Probably the best ingredient in 8 Zone is green tea. Green tea is a powerful anti-oxidant that helps speed up the metabolism and burn fat. The quality of green tea is above average in 8 Zone. It contains 45 percent EGCG’s (the active ingredient in green tea).

The only other proven weight loss ingredients in 8 Zone are chromium and bitter orange. Chromium is an effective appetite suppressant. Bitter orange is similar to the  banned-drug ephedra but without the terrible side effects. It contains the stimulant synephrine, which is an powerful fat burner.

Unfortunately, there are no more proven fat burning ingredients in 8 Zone. Compared to other more effective fat burners, 8 Zone’s ingredient profile is rather weak.

Does 8 Zone provide energy?

The morning and day zones are excellent sources of energy. They both contain a good dosage of stimulants and green tea. You should be able to feel it when you take it. The night zone of 8 Zone is more a relaxer.

8 Zone Side Effects

8 Zone contains ingredients that have caused side effects such as headaches, anxiety, insomnia, nausea, and the jitters. Most of these side effects will be manifested in the minority of users, not the majority.

8 Zone also contains niacin. Niacin may induce itchiness in some users.

8 Zone Lowest Price

A month supply of 8 Zone can be purchased at their website for $149.99. This is ridiculously expensive when compared with other weight loss supplements. It has a decent ingredient profile but not anywhere close worth the $149.99 a month.

There also a 30 day “free” trial. The details for the free trial were very discreet. Often times companies use free trials to bait users to get enrolled in an auto-ship program so be sure to read all the details.

Does 8 Zone Work?

The different products or zones for different periods of the day is an idea with promise.  The morning and day zones are much higher quality than the night zone. The ingredient profile for 8 Zone is pretty standard. There are a few quality ingredients but not enough to make it stand out from the pack.

The biggest downer for the 8 Zone is the price. It simply is too expensive. It is double the price of the average quality fat burner. There are only 2 or 3 weight loss supplements on the market that we would consider paying that much money for, however, 8 Zone is not one of these.
