Many people have turned to cleanses as a way to jump start the effectiveness of their diet.  Instead of using a product that has harsh ingredients that can potentially cause side effects it may be beneficial for you to use a product that has the ability to produce the results that you want in a short amount of time. 5-Day Liquid Cleanse and Flush claims to do just that.

There are three blends in 5-Day Liquid Cleanse and Flush.  These blends help to remove toxins and excess waste from the colon, provide antioxidants, and soothe your body.

Antioxidant and Replenishment Blend: Blueberry juice concentrate, cranberry juice concentrate, noni extract, pomegranate juice concentrate, plum juice concentrate

Cleansing Blend: cascara sagrada extract, burdock extract

It’s definitely helpful to include antioxidants in a product because it can help you to see a reduction in illness.  But using antioxidants is not the most effective way to see an improvement in your digestive system.  They have some ingredients that will remove toxins and waste but 5-Day Liquid Cleanse and Flush may not be as powerful as they say.

Using a cleanse for just 5 days is an easy way to see some of the results that you want.  It can help you to see a reduction in problems such as urinary tract infections and can allow you to feel fuller by encouraging your body to absorb all the nutrients from the food you eat.  But some people become discouraged with the side effects of cleanses such as dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, and excessive urination.  Becoming dehydrated can also lead to headaches and other problems.

This 5 day cleanse costs $15 which seems expensive for a product that is only used a few days.  Unfortunately, Applied Nutrition does not appear to offer satisfaction guarantees for their products.

Without a guarantee you have to wonder if Applied Nutrition has full confidence in their product.  5-Day Liquid Cleanse and Flush has some good ingredients but it does cause problems such as diarrhea and dehydration which can be rather unpleasant.  It’s nice to see that you only have to use this cleanse for a few days but even that might be too much for some people.
